We envision a hate-free world
where young people are active agents of change
in building inclusive, equitable and compassionate communities.

Breaking Barriers Building Bridges
To nurture empowering spaces that unleash the potential of youth and build their leadership capacity to drive transformational change in society.
Our Approach
The Sambhav Model
At Sambhav, we honor the shared diversity of the human experience. Rooted in values of inclusion, reflection, and transformation, our approach aligns with both India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our work is organized into two core spheres—internal and external—to support both personal growth and social action.
INTERNAL : Self-awareness, emotional growth, identity, and interpersonal insight.
EXTERNAL : Social awareness, systems thinking, advocacy, and entrepreneurship.
We offer two flexible pathways for participants to engage with Sambhav.
PATHWAY 1: INSIDE→ OUT
Participants start with personal discovery—seeking clarity, healing, or growth—and move outward to engage with society through deeper awareness and aligned action.
PATHWAY 2: OUTSIDE → IN
Participants start with committed action—volunteering, advocacy, or community work—and reflect inward to understand personal purpose and values through experience.
These are not rigid tracks, but fluid journeys—at Sambhav, everyone is welcome. Whether you’re here for a moment or a movement, your journey matters.
Our work with youth

Haq se Bol
constitution rights
A transformative journey into civic awareness—where rights meet responsibility.)
Youth are invited to explore the Indian Constitution not just as a document, but as a living promise of justice and dignity. Through real-life context and reflection, they learn to navigate the legal landscape, challenge inequality, and take informed, empathetic action across social, cultural, and economic divides.

Our work
with institutions
Sambhav is a bold, experiential, and holistic youth leadership platform that nurtures young people to thrive in today’s complex world. While academic achievement remains vital, essential life skills like resilience, empathy, and purpose are often left behind.
Our customised framework integrates into the formal education system to help students build emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and social consciousness—preparing them for the real world.
We partner with institutions to bridge the gap between academics and life skills, creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people can discover who they are, connect meaningfully with others, and lead with impact.
Our goal is to see this approach institutionalised within education systems, shaping a generation of empathetic, empowered young leaders.
Our Facilitator
development program
Rooted in the powerful ‘Train-the-Trainer’ philosophy, Sambhav’s Facilitator Development Program is built for those ready to move from reflection to leadership. It’s for those who’ve felt the shift within and are now inclined to spark it in others.
We believe real change doesn’t end—it multiplies. This journey equips emerging changemakers with the tools, confidence, and presence to hold space, guide powerful conversations, and carry forward the spirit of Sambhav into new communities.
OUR IMPACT
Sambhav has directly engaged 3,000+ youth across Gujarat through fellowships, workshops, and grassroots initiatives—creating ripple effects of reflection, dialogue, and civic action.
Sahil Dabhoiwala
Student
The Sambhav sessions has enabled me to embrace my past and learn from it. The way they (facilitators) tell you to express and discuss our feelings with them, is comforting. I am able to look more deeply within myself and know who I am and what I have become. I have been self-analyzing myself and feel confident and more comfortable to share my feelings and thoughts in a larger group.
Umang Jasani
Volunteer
My journey with the Sambhav initiative helped me become a better version of myself. I am more aware about myself and my relationships with those around me. I was lucky enough to meet some amazing people along the way and become friends with them.

The youth is very powerful and energetic. When this power and energy is channelized they will be able to bring positive changes. Through these sessions they will sensitize themselves and their community.

From whatever I learned here, I am able to use it in my day to day life. Some of the things I don’t even realize immediately. Things related to my feelings and my judgments.
Bhavesh Darji
Student
I discovered that I need to know myself better, before I understand others. This discovery supports me, personally and professionally.
